Who is responsible?
Fennor Developments Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. Our registered office is Fennor, Slane, Co. Meath, C15 R5W6, Ireland. Our Irish company registration number is 810147.
For a privacy question or request, email info@fennor.ie or write to our registered office. Please mark your message “Privacy request”.
03
Why we use your information
- Your enquiry and proposal: to understand what you need, respond and take steps at your request before a possible contract. This is our lawful basis for handling a potential customer’s project enquiry.
- A project that goes ahead: to arrange and deliver the agreed work and communicate with you under the contract. Relevant records may also be needed to meet applicable legal obligations.
- Business correspondence and website security: our legitimate interests in answering business contacts, keeping the service secure and preventing misuse, balanced against your rights.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list. We do not use these forms to make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Where your enquiry goes
Website enquiries are sent to Fennor’s email inboxes. We do not put them into a separate customer relationship management (CRM) system. Relevant team members use the correspondence to deal with your enquiry.
Our forms use Resend to deliver the email. This means Resend processes the contact details and message you submit. Email providers process messages as part of delivering and storing them; the website host processes technical requests to run and protect the site.
When an enquiry becomes a job, we share the relevant information with subcontractors involved in carrying out that job—for example, the contact and site details they need to arrange and perform their work. Enquiries are not circulated to subcontractors simply because you have contacted us.
We may also need to disclose information where required by law or to deal with a legal claim.
05
Technical data and cookies
The website receives technical information such as your IP address, request time and browser information. The enquiry endpoint uses a short-lived rate-limit check to help prevent abuse. The site does not maintain a separate enquiry database or deliberately record form-message contents in application logs.
This build does not add advertising pixels, analytics tracking or non-essential cookies. Site images, fonts and films are served through the website rather than embedded social-media players. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any necessary consent controls will be updated first.
A link to an official grant guide or another external website takes you to that provider’s own service and privacy practices.
06
Processing outside the EEA
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Resend states that its primary processing takes place in the United States and its data-processing terms include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers.
You can read Resend’s data-processing terms and its subprocessor list. Contact us if you would like information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
07
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is stored in Fennor’s email inboxes. If an enquiry does not become a job, we delete the emails once they are no longer needed to deal with it. We do not keep unsuccessful enquiries as a marketing list.
When a project goes ahead, relevant correspondence is kept for the work and necessary follow-up. The retention period depends on the project, aftercare, applicable record-keeping obligations and whether information is needed to establish or deal with a legal claim. It is not determined by how long you keep this webpage open.
You can ask us about a particular message or request deletion at any time. We will explain if a lawful reason means that some information must be kept.
08
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restricted processing or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to info@fennor.ie. We may need to verify your identity proportionately and will explain any applicable limitation.
You can also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.

Keeping this notice current
This notice will be updated if the way we handle enquiries changes. The date above identifies the current version. If you are unsure about something, please ask before sharing information.
