TODAY’S PRIORITIES / TOMORROW’S POSSIBILITIES

Not every upgrade
needs to happen at once.

A conversation now can help you plan for what comes later.

If you are renovating now but thinking about a heat pump, solar or an EV in the future, tell Fennor at the start. When floors, walls or ceilings are opened, a possible cable route or plant location may be worth considering as part of the design.

That does not mean buying everything today. We will discuss your priorities and budget, what could sensibly be allowed for and the specialist checks needed before those provisions are agreed.

01 / ENERGY & FUNDING

New support?
Revisit your plans with us.

A grant announcement can make an upgrade worth another conversation. The next step is to understand how the support relates to your property and the work you actually need.

We explain what the support could mean for your plans and what still needs assessing. A grant does not make a shaded roof suitable or replace a heat-loss assessment. We help you understand the project and the funding separately; the scheme administrator decides the award.

02 / IDEAS & REAL-WORLD DETAILS

See an idea you like?
Let’s make it relevant to you.

A finished space or a solar roof can help you work out what you like. Bring us the details that appeal to you and we will explain which ideas are worth exploring for your property, your routine and your budget.

Concept imagery shows possibilities, not completed-project evidence. Actual energy outcomes need measurements and context; the layout and specification for your home need their own proposal.
