UNDERSTANDING YOUR FENNOR PROPOSAL

The work. The budget.
The details made clear.

A quote is easier to judge when you understand what sits behind the total. We walk you through the proposed work, explain the options and answer your questions before you decide.

Bring your questions to Fennor
  1. What is being supplied?

We explain the equipment, materials and finishes in your proposal and how they meet the priorities you shared with us.

  2. What work is included?

We explain which preparation, fitting, connections and finishing work is included, what sits outside our price and who would be responsible for any separate work before you decide.

  3. What could affect the budget?

We explain any provisional costs or choices still to make, and how survey findings or grant eligibility could affect the amount you pay.

  4. What happens afterwards?

We explain how the finished work will be checked, what you will receive at handover and the support arrangements included in your proposal.

USEFUL ANSWERS

Useful advice.
Help for your own home.

Plain language. No pressure to have it all figured out.

01

Do I still need a survey after reading a guide?

The guides explain the choices but cannot assess the property. We tell you which survey or specialist input your project needs and agree the next step with you.

02

Can I ask Fennor about a grant I have seen?

Yes. Share the announcement and what you want to improve. We explain the relevant route and the conditions to check; the administering body’s current terms and your written offer determine support.
